Beaches

Paphos has 18 Blue Flag Beaches to tempt you with as well as a number of other coves and bays that are full of charm. And who knows, you may evan get to see a turtle...

There are a variety of beach types in the Paphos area. Most people associate the East of the Island with sandy beaches, but there are plenty of places for you to build your sandcastles here too. The North coast of Paphos especially, has a lot of sand. Closer to the city there is Coral Bay, and its equally spectacular neighbour; Corallia.

The hotel strip itself hosts a number of the blue flag beaches. There is a lovely walkway which runs from Geroskipou to Paphos Harbour. This takes in a lot of the beaches, and you can see it in all its glory in the film below.
One word of caution though. Some beaches do suffer from riptides. You will know them because they have big signs up warning you of the dangers of swimming there. Heed these warnings.

This includes lots of photos and virtual tours showing you what they all look like. Be sure to check that out too. Over time we will be adding blogs of each beach here, but for now, that is the place to look.
