A British woman, 23, was remanded for one day by the Paphos district court on Monday after she was arrested for allegedly using violence against a 42-year-old hotel restaurant waitress.

According to police, the waitress filed a report against the British woman, claiming that the 23-year-old had thrown plates at her, hitting her in the face.
