There are also similar tombs up near the hospital, past the EAC building, but those are fenced off.

Fortunately there are no fences here, so I was able to explore at will. In fairness to the ones by the hospital though, there are some big drops in those ruins, so I can fully appreciate why they are fenced off.

This looks like the entrance. The other side is completely overgrown though. I didn't enter through here, I climbed down a wall.

I had to hunch to enter this room, but I could soon see what I assume are individual tombs lining the walls. There was also another entrance leading further underground...
