I don't think they looked as interesting as the crystal on the beach.

I played around with some camera settings - I really do need to grips with it properly - and it is surprising how the same picture can take on a different perspective.

This is the same scene with, I think, the flash used. I say think because I made the rookie mistake of not recording my camera settings as I took the pictures. I assumed I would be able to remember, but noooooo.

Not So Magical

I don't think a Polemi Sunset can really compete with an ocean sunset. Next time I am at the ocean and the sun is setting, I will have to try some more experiments. I wonder if anybody has found the crystal I left on the beach yet? I hope so, I would love to see the look on their face as they picked up a nice gypsum crystal in the middle of all those pebbles. I hope they washed their hands afterwards though, as those dogs had clearly been drinking a lot beforehand...

The final word goes to Bean, now being very cute, resting her paws on the side of the run and munching some grass.
