What's On In Paphos - October, 2026
Pafos Municipality publishes a monthly list of Cultural Events that are occurring in the city. There are some interesting things to look forward to in October, so we are passing the information on. We have also included a handy map so that you can see where the various locations are.
The Map
You will find all the locations for the events on the above map. If you are wondering where the Ivis Maliotou Park is, that is where you will find Paphos Municipal Gallery which is shown.
The Schedule
Firstly, an apology for the late arrival of this months schedule. In my defence, it was only published by the Municipality last night. But I hope the Jazz Festival went well.
I'm not sure what's happening at the European Day For Organ, Tissue and Cell Donation, but you will find it down at the Harbour.
Actually, according to a quick Google:
October 9 (Evening): Official opening ceremony at the Medieval Castle Square in Paphos Harbour, featuring testimonials, keynotes, and a special drone show honoring over 1,000 organ and bone marrow donors.
Note that this car show is on the Sea Front as opposed to last week's one which was at the Harbour.

eBookCyprus Road Trip 01: the Kathikas - Panagia Loop
Let me take you on a journey around the region of Paphos, Cyprus. Starting at Paphos itself, we travel to Akoursos, then Kathikas, Kritou Terra and Simou. We continue past Lasa and Kannaviou, before taking in the delights of Panagia. Getting a bit more adventurous, we visit the abandoned villages of Statos and Agios Fotios, before passing through Choulou, Letymbou and Polemi, and rejoining the main Paphos - Polis road.
The route is suitable for all types of vehicle, and requires no off-roading. The guide contains about 130 photographs including shots of all the road signs you need to pay attention to, as well as some of the highlights you may experience along the way.
There are also several maps which will help you keep your bearings.
You can do this journey in a day, or you can break it up into chunks. You can also do it in reverse, to get some completely different views. It is entirely up to you.
