Paphos Seafront And Harbour Update
Big Waves

Finally! I had been hoping for some waves that would show how rough the sea was, and they eventually obliged at the Municipal Bath.

Darker Clouds

The clouds certainly did look a lot more threatening now, but fortunately the rain kept at bay.
No Swimmers

The weather had deterred anybody from swimming, which was hardly surprising.
More Trees

So, I had made it all the way along the Sea Front without getting rained on. This was a bit of a relief as I couldn't find my umbrella.
Parting Shot

The work is progressing quite quickly at the Sea Front and Harbour. I believe they hope it to be complete by Easter. Remember though, that Cyprus Easter is a week after the UK Easter, this year. It follows the Greek Orthodox Religious Calendar, which differs slightly from the main Christian one. If you should happen to be visiting during Easter and are worried, then don't be. Even if the work hasn't been complete, you will like Easter. It is a bigger celebration in Cyprus than Christmas, and they even have Easter Decorations which have the same prominance as the bling we see at Christmas. So whatever happens, you will have a good time.
Incidentally, if you haven't seen it yet, we also did a film on the Seafront and Harbour Work which you will find interesting. The link will take you to it.

Paphos Sea Front and Harbour
I've made a number of drone films recently of the Sea Front and Paphos Harbour. While I am filming, I also take the occasional picture, so thought it would be nice to show you some of them and add some information about how the various renovation works are progressing.Good Pages To Visit
