Paphos Villages: Letymbou
The Main Drag

This is half of the Main Drag of Letymbou. We were here fairly early, to avoid the heat, so the garage isn't open yet. It is worth remembering that there is a garage here however, if you are ever in the area and running low.

A Friendly Tavern

Is it just me, or do those graphics remind other people of the Tin Tin cartoons as well?
We Will Be Eating Here In The Future!

If you want to park and have a look around Letymbou, your best bet is to drive into the large carpark by the tavern.
Coffee and Beer

As well as the tavern, there is a coffee shop, and presumably a bar selling beer.
The Vineyard Taverna

Last but not least, there is another tavern. If you are in the area on Saturday 8th July, you can even play bingo!

eBookCyprus Road Trip 01: the Kathikas - Panagia Loop
Let me take you on a journey around the region of Paphos, Cyprus. Starting at Paphos itself, we travel to Akoursos, then Kathikas, Kritou Terra and Simou. We continue past Lasa and Kannaviou, before taking in the delights of Panagia. The route is suitable for all types of vehicle, and requires no off-roading. The guide contains about 130 photographs including shots of all the road signs you need to pay attention to, as well as some of the highlights you may experience along the way.
There are also several maps which will help you keep your bearings.
You can do this journey in a day, or you can break it up into chunks. You can also do it in reverse, to get some completely different views. It is entirely up to you.
