Happy Mothers Day!

Now, don't worry. This isn't going to get weird. It was just the usual sort of dream, but it meant something so I will share it here.

In the dream, I was in a car with Mum and Grandad. We were both telling Mum to slow down. I think this came about because Mum had got a speeding ticket last year, for doing something like 32 in a 30 zone.
Anyway, she had to go on one of those courses and was not happy about it.
Forget-me-not

In the next scene of the dream, Mum and Grandad are sat on a grass verge, and Grandad is sulking a bit. I have had to confiscate his motor bike, and I am sat on the bike at a set of traffic lights, waiting for the lights to change.

Eventually they go green, but I don't know how to drive a motorbike, so I push the bike forwards with my feet. The traffic behind me was expecting me to move more quickly, so cars and bikes are shunting together. There is a big argument, and a lawyer appears, trying to work out who I will need to pay compensation to first.

I then wake up. My first thought is that I shouldn't have to pay any fine, as they ran into the back of me.

Cyprus Orchids
If you only visit in the heat of summer, you could be forgiven for thinking that a lot of Cyprus is like a desert; brown and arid. However, the truth is somewhat different. During Spring, most of Cyprus is green, as recent blogs will have shown. Not only that, but spring flowers come out to bloom, painting the hills and valleys with a sea of colour. If you are lucky, or you know where to look, you will also come across fields of orchids...
Spring is in The Air!
Yesterday we took a walk out across the Akamas, above Avakas Gorge (which deserves a blog article of its own). Spring was definitely in the air, and the flowers were blooming. We took a few shots to share.Good Pages To Visit
