Paphos Boardwalk in 2026
Amphora No More
After the Olympic Lagoon you will find, for the time-being at least, the Amphora Resort. You can just see part of it on the right of this picture. In the near future this will be demolished, with a new hotel built in its place and on the land approaching SODAP Beach. We will obviously keep you updated on that when we get more information, but the Hotel will be managed by the Kanika, who also manage the Olympic Lagoon, Amavi and Alexander The Great. So it is in safe hands.
Secret Beach
There is a small beach here too, with steps leading down to it but no facilities. It is a great place to swim if you want a bit of privacy. Behind it you can see some orange umbrellas. They are part of the lovely Suite 48 Restaurant. This is a separate entity from any hotel and is available to anybody, so drop in for a drink or bite to eat if you are passing. At night especially it looks very pretty and has some beautiful illuminations.
SODAP Beach
We shall end today's walk at the lovely SODAP Beach. The restaurant you can see to its rear is the Antasia Beach Bar.
To The Sea Front
From here you are about 10 - 15 minutes away from Paphos Sea Front, along the Boardwalk. Along the way you will pass the Amavi, Alexander The Great, Almyra and Annabelle hotels, which are all five star.
Boardwalk View
I shall leave you with a view from the top of the Viewing Platform above the Antasia Beach Bar. I wonder what this view will look like in a couple of years time?
