I have added a map for this section of the tour, as we cover quite a few roads and otherwise it could get quite confusing.
Interesting Foundation
From the other side the church looks a lot more impressive, and quite imposing. Having a dramatic skyscape as a backdrop helps too.
Church Restaurants
Next to the church are two popular restaurants. Jayanta is, as you can tell, an Indian Restaurant. Dionisos serves a more traditional fayre. Incidentally, traditional Cypriot taverns are delicious. You have not had a pork chop until you have eaten a proper Jumbo one, seasoned with salt and lemon juice, and served with chunky chips. They are nothing like the standard pork chops you get at your local supermarket in the UK. That is like comparing a T-Bone Steak to a Findus Frozen Burger.

There is an alley here that leads down to the area we covered in part 4. Don't go there now, I just mentioned it so you could get your bearings.
This Way
We are now walking towards what can seem like a maze of twisty roads if you are trying to drive up here. However, this road is actually fairly simple to navigate. Ahead of us you can see the green trees of a park.

Let me take you on a journey around the region of Paphos, Cyprus. Starting at Paphos itself, we travel to Akoursos, then Kathikas, Kritou Terra and Simou. We continue past Lasa and Kannaviou, before taking in the delights of Panagia. Getting a bit more adventurous, we visit the abandoned villages of Statos and Agios Fotios, before passing through Choulou, Letymbou and Polemi, and rejoining the main Paphos - Polis road.
The route is suitable for all types of vehicle, and requires no off-roading. The guide contains about 130 photographs including shots of all the road signs you need to pay attention to, as well as some of the highlights you may experience along the way.
There are also several maps which will help you keep your bearings.
You can do this journey in a day, or you can break it up into chunks. You can also do it in reverse, to get some completely different views. It is entirely up to you.
