Kato Arodes
Olive Implements

This could actually claim to be the source of the stream that runs through Avakas Gorge. One day I intend walking from the gorge to here, or hereabouts. It will make an interesting blog.

There is a picnic bench on the other side of the bridge, though it could do with a bit of weeding. There is also an odd hole covered by a glass panel. If you looked down it there wasn't much to see though.
Rustic Well

This well looked rather quaint, but it is purely decorational. A while ago we were driving along a backroute through the Akamas and we actually came across a proper, working well, complete with bucket.
Another Olive Implement

This was above the landscaped area. Presumably it was an original feature and the rest of the area was newly constructed to highlight some of the village customs.

Our final shot is of a nice-looking place on the other side of the valley. Our second road trip eBook will take you through these villages, as well as Aphrodite's Baths, Sea Caves and other interesting places. You won't have long to wait for it either, as I am putting the finishing touches on it now. It is well worth taking the time to explore the whole of Paphos, and not just stick to the main strip. It is a wonderful region, waiting to entertain you.
