Michael's Canes
Ok, so I don't know if the man selling these was called Michael, but he had some interesting things on offer.
*** UPDATE ***
I have been informed by the man himself that he is in fact Wayne The Stick Man. Hello Wayne Norwood. Your creations are lovely. Take a bow!
Spoon Rings
I was initially puzzled by these rings. I couldn't understand why they were all dated. I asked possibly-Michael and he explained that they were made out of old silver spoons, which had been flattened and bent into a ring shape.
There were quite a few stalls around, and it was the perfect place for a pleasant stroll.
Food!
Now we are talking. Pies galore. Tip to Bella though, if you want people to see your number you might want to unroll the poster a bit more.
Pie Time
The next stand also had pies and puds. These Bakewell Tarts were delicious. I much prefer them with icing. Years ago we went to Bakewell, and the "proper" tarts didn't have icing on them. Sorry, residents of Bakewell, but I prefer my tarts with icing.
