Limni Mine
View of the Mine

When you come to the top part of the track up the mine, there is an old barbed-wire fence overlooking the floor of the mine itself. The next few shots were taken from there.

Many Levels

This was where the lake was in the earlier photograph. I love the layers behind it. I would love to explore them one day, as there must be some fasinating rocks and minerals there. However, I wouldn't recommend walking across. I got the impression that the surface wasn't 100% solid. It is not the best place in the world to step into quicksand, so if you do visit, stick to the edges.
Old Quarters

Once we had taken our photographs, we moved around the plateau we were on and came across some old works buildings.
