Seven Days In Paphos
Paphos Forest
The route also gave us the chance to show off a bit more of Paphos Forest.
Trimithousa
Once we had reached Lysos I was originally going to drive back to Polemi via the B7, but there was still some daylight and we were in our 4x4, so I decided to take the scenic route back via the Evretou Valley. First, we drove to the abandoned village of Trimithousa.
Trimithousa lies quite high up the valley. From here we were going to drive down to the village of Evretou. Be careful of this route though if there has been a lot of rainfall. One of the fields en-route turns into a quagmire after storms and it is no place to get stuck with fading light.
Evretou
We safely arrived at the village of Evretou, but light was fading, so we had a quick drive-through before heading upstream to the main road.
Skarfos Bridge
The last place we visited on the way home was Skarfos Bridge. This was renovated a few years ago and now looks lovely.
That was a busy day!
