Συκία - Fig

I'm allergic to figs. It is my own fault. I used to quite like them, but I made the mistake of heavily pruning our garden fig tree without due care and attention. I wanted to keep all the branches and sticks for fire wood, so I plucked all the leaves off them. Eventually, the fig tree fights back, and a chemical within the leaves built up to sufficient levels in my hands to become toxic. I soon had tiny blisters appearing all over the place. They didn't really hurt, but were annoying. I popped into a local chemist and showed them my condition, and they gave me a cream, which was very effective.

Ever since then though, if I even touch a fig leaf, my hand gets very itchy.

Water Feature

There is a water feature here too, which is more functional than ornamental.
