Cyprus has a problem with water. The Kouris Reservoir - which feeds Limassol - is currently under 17% full. The Asprokremmos Reservoir which serves Paphos has 19%. The Mavrokolympos, which keeps the banana growers in Kissonerga watered, is currently empty, and waiting to be repaired.

Its peak output was 15,000 cubic metres daily, against Paphos' total daily requirement of 45,000.

They are certainly hard at work on it at the moment. But when will it be completed?
