Paphos Sea-Front Gym
No Idea

I don't know what this one is.
One positive comment somebody made was that the view would be the best they have ever had in a gym. You have to admit, they have a point.

Sit Ups

This one has no moving parts, and is designed for you to do sit-ups on.
Ski Walking?

Finally, they have this, which I think is some sort of ski-walking machine, though I could be wrong.
Showers Etc

There is already a walkway here, running up to Geroskipou. During the cooler parts of the day you will see a lot of joggers here. Plus there is an ocean to swim in, and some handy showers and changing rooms. The gym equipment complements them and provides a lovely environment for you to exercise in. What's more, it is all free.
Castle View

We shall end with a view towards the fort. There are a fair number of swimmers in the sea, even at this early hour. If you fancy getting a bit of exercise, why not pop down and use the equipment, then cool off in the sea? Yes, during the middle of the day it will be very hot, so wait until the early evening, or come in the morning like we did. I for one think the equipment is a great addition to the Sea Front, and think they will prove very popular.
There will be a film of our visit, but I need to process that first.

Now you can judge for yourself just how much of an encroachment this cafe will be.

We continue past Lasa and Kannaviou, before taking in the delights of Panagia. Getting a bit more adventurous, we visit the abandoned villages of Statos and Agios Fotios, before passing through Choulou, Letymbou and Polemi, and rejoining the main Paphos - Polis road.
The route is suitable for all types of vehicle, and requires no off-roading. The guide contains about 130 photographs including shots of all the road signs you need to pay attention to, as well as some of the highlights you may experience along the way.
