Paphos Beaches
Louis Phaethon Beach Hotel

From Geroskipou Beach there is a walkway that takes you all the way to the harbour. The first stop along the way is this place. According to their website, they are open for business from the 1st of July. Not every hotel is along the strip, so we will try and give you as up-to-date information as we can as we go along.

We did the photo shoot using our car, rather than walk the whole distance. The trouble with walking all the way is that you then have to walk back again, and it was too hot for that. The upshot of this is that our photos will be from places accessible from the road. And there are more of them than you might think.
A Familiar View

After the Louis Phaethon there is, for now, some undeveloped land, before we get to the ever popular St Nicholas Church. There is an archaeological dig taking place in the wasteland at the moment, though there are plans to build a hotel there. Personally, I think they should have a bit of a dig then use the results as a feature for a new hotel. Given how many archaeological ruins already surround Paphos that have yet to be excavated, and the prime location of the land, I think it inevitable that it will be built on sooner or later.
St Nicholas Church

This is right next to the archaeological site. Indeed, you can see the site fence behind it, on the right.
New Tour
We recently made this tour of the inside of the church with our new camera. If you have a property or business you want promoting in Cyprus, you should talk to us about virtual tours. You will be amazed at what we can do now.
And for best results, go into full screen mode, and zoom!
