Indoors

Some of the Old Town Market is still indoors. Next to the Puffer Fish Stand, you will see this entrance. It leads to an internal square, surrounded by a covered market area.

Serious Market

In this area you will find a more traditional shopping experience. The emblems and novelty items have been replaced by clothing and fashion accessories.

Handbags At Dawn

In markets like these throughout the world, the question of authenticity may spring to mind. I didn't see any dodgy Rolexes, and I wouldn't be able to tell a genuine Armani Handbag from a snide, so I cannot comment on the quality of the produce on display. You pay your money and take your choice.

The Green Living Wall

Once you have finished with the market, and assuming you have followed our route, you will find yourself at the Green Living Wall. This was constructed in 2017, when Paphos was the European Capital of Culture. As an aside, it is surprising how many restaurant wifi passwords still commemorate this event!
