Paphos Forest

Now, you can go exploring through those woods during the summer time. I wouldn't advise much at the moment however, as the trails are still very muddy, though they are drying fairly quickly. If you do go, be especially wary of trails that have had streams running down them. These can prove very hazardous.

Interesting Crystals

There were veins of quartz running through some of the rocks here. However, the rocks themselves are very crumbly, so just admire the crystals in situ. If you try removing them they crumble away.

From Ezousa Valley To The Sea (almost)

The river Ezousa has carved a beautiful valley out of the lowlands to the east of Paphos. We return to Episkopi to see if it is possible to follow it to the sea in our trusty 4x4.

A couple of years ago we stumbled across a sad little memorial at the mouth of the Ezousa River. We thought we would check it out again a few days ago, to see what the area looked like after the rains. The question was, how would we get to it?
