Aphrodite's Wild Beach
Towards Turtle Island
If you walk to the left of the staircase, you will come to some more small beaches. They mostly consist of pebbles and coarse sand.
Empty Beach
Last year when I visited this beach, it was quite full. So during the weekend I imagine this can still get busy. Like all the beaches at the moment, if you want them as empty as possible, for reasons of social distancing, then go during the week.
On The Rocks
More Beach
On the other side of Turtle Island is another tiny little beach. When it is this quiet there is no need to venture that far for isolation though.
Final Shot
So there you have it. A non Blue Flag beach, though in my mind it deserves to be. It has a lifeguard, and lovely clear waters. The staircase unfortunately means that wheelchair access is pretty much impossible, but if you can manage that then a delightful hidden beach awaits.
As we said at the start of the blog, there will be two more blogs from this area soon. The Blue Lagoon feature especially will be ideal for any tour company who wants to promote themselves. So get in touch if that applies to you. We are in the process of ramping up our tour section on the website, and there will be a number of advertising opportunities available. If you are reading this, so are your customers...
