More Clean Roads

Sorry to go on about it, but I cannot get over how clean this place is. Especially when you consider that there is so much building work going on. The locals really look after the place.

Old Anadiou!

This was one ruin that had yet to be renovated. I wonder if the rest of the houses we have seen used to look like this?

Cyprus Elephants

My wife is a big fan of elephants, so I shall have to find out where these came from.

One More House

Let's have a look at one more house. Do you think it is a new build or a renovation of an old ruin? The walls certainly look more solid than those we saw in the previous, ruined house. So perhaps that was some sort of prefab?

End of the Road

So that was Anadiou. If you remember form our previous blog, there is an old TC cemetery nearby, but I couldn't see any mosque anywhere. Perhaps they used to use the one in Sarama? I have to hand it to the people living here now, they certainly keep the place clean. It is a credit to the region of Paphos, and I hope other villages will follow their lead.
