The Reservoirs Are Full
Argaka
Slight confession. The next two shots, of Argaka Reservoir, were taken two years ago. Argake overflows every year, it seems, so I didn't think it necessary to drive there again for some fresh shots.
Mind you, at least you can be sure that these shots are of Argaka Reservoir. Recent shots in the press, supposedly showing Pomos overflowing, were in fact Argaka Reservoir. These two pictures may be old, but at least they are accurate!
Argaka Reflections
I included this shot so you could see what I meant about reservoir reflections. On a calm day, it is difficult not to take gorgeous pictures.
Evretou Erupts
We've already covered Evretou recently, so just a couple of shots here.
Rubbish
The film showing the vegetable waste cascading over the edge proved very popular.
Asprokremmos
Probably the most spectacular overflow was the Asprokremmos. This shot is the Xeros River once it has negotiated the reservoir.
