Left or Right?
For some reason, we would always go to the left-hand side of Coral Bay. I don't know why, as there are facilities at either end. But it occurs to me that we always did. So here's a question. If you ever go to Coral Bay, which side do you prefer, and why?
Sea You Bay
Our final visit before I ran out of time was the potential future site of Paphos Marina. We have watched this beach gradually improve over the years. It used to be a strip of gravel.
Improved Front
There has also been a substantial improvement to the Sea Front, and it looks like there might even be some street lights now. A man was killed along this stretched of road a while ago, while walking along it at night time. So lights will literally be a life-saver. There is a shrine to the poor chap, too.
Meanwhile In Polis
On Friday I had been out getting films for an article on the routes to the Blue Lagoon. That was a bumpy time, and you will read about that in the near future! This is the view of Aphrodite's Secret Beach.
Chrsochous Bay
I guess by stepping back a bit we can ignore the tiny ripples and appreciate the bigger picture. And on that multi-layered comment I shall leave you to enjoy what's left of your weekend.

The Wreck of the Edro III
On a dark and stormy night, back in the winter of 2011, a ship set sail from Limassol with a cargo of plasterboard, bound for Greece. It experienced difficulties near the Sea Caves area, and ran aground in a rather picturesque strip of coastline. The sea is unusually calm at the moment. I had a couple of hours free so took my camera out to photograph it for posterity. I started at the edge of the Akamas, and headed to the Sea You Beach Bar in Kissonerga.

eBookCyprus Road Trip 01: the Kathikas - Panagia Loop
Let me take you on a journey around the region of Paphos, Cyprus. Starting at Paphos itself, we travel to Akoursos, then Kathikas, Kritou Terra and Simou. We continue past Lasa and Kannaviou, before taking in the delights of Panagia. Getting a bit more adventurous, we visit the abandoned villages of Statos and Agios Fotios, before passing through Choulou, Letymbou and Polemi, and rejoining the main Paphos - Polis road.
The route is suitable for all types of vehicle, and requires no off-roading. The guide contains about 130 photographs including shots of all the road signs you need to pay attention to, as well as some of the highlights you may experience along the way.
There are also several maps which will help you keep your bearings.
You can do this journey in a day, or you can break it up into chunks. You can also do it in reverse, to get some completely different views. It is entirely up to you.
