Below Kritou Tera
Common Sense!

Look, somebody is doing some joined-up thinking! They have put in a laminated card and are writing numbers on it, in an easy to follow sequence.
Even More Dates

There were dates written all over this rock too. This area gets inspected a lot.
One Day...

I have wanted to explore a remote gorge ever since we moved to Cyprus. And I don't mean Avakas. That's brilliant, but not remote. One day I shall return, wearing decent wellington boots, and continue through there. I will have to avoid snakes, no doubt, but it will be worth it to get to the bottom of the waterfalls, and see what's there.
Back To The Kitties

This was originally going to be a short, two page blog, showing the shots below the gorge. But I decided to expand it and include the route to the B7. Then we found the kittens, and so the blog has grown yet again. There now follows a couple of pages of kitten photographs. Please keep looking until the end though, as we have a request.
Awww

Besides, who can resist a kitten?

eBookCyprus Road Trip 01: the Kathikas - Panagia Loop
Let me take you on a journey around the region of Paphos, Cyprus. Starting at Paphos itself, we travel to Akoursos, then Kathikas, Kritou Terra and Simou. We continue past Lasa and Kannaviou, before taking in the delights of Panagia. Getting a bit more adventurous, we visit the abandoned villages of Statos and Agios Fotios, before passing through Choulou, Letymbou and Polemi, and rejoining the main Paphos - Polis road.
The route is suitable for all types of vehicle, and requires no off-roading. The guide contains about 130 photographs including shots of all the road signs you need to pay attention to, as well as some of the highlights you may experience along the way.
There are also several maps which will help you keep your bearings.
You can do this journey in a day, or you can break it up into chunks. You can also do it in reverse, to get some completely different views. It is entirely up to you.
