Agia Marina Reservoir
And here we are. The views here are very beautiful. Most of the trees are evergreen. However, some of them are deciduous, and as we are in the middle of Autumn, their leaves are turning golden yellow.
Not Very Full
Currently, the reservoir is only 21% full. It will be worth returning here after the rains to get some more shots.
Funny Tree
On the opposite bank of the reservoir we could see this funny object. It looks almost like a large kangaroo, though you can't see that from this photo.
Down Below
This is the view downstream from the dam. You can see some sort of access panel. Next time I visit I shall have to explore that in a bit more details. It is also worth noting that the area is well tended. The scrub has been cut back and their are signs of trees being felled.
Markers
On the other side, you can see the markers leading into the depths.

We've neglected the dams for a while. They've overflowed, and now the waters are subsiding, ever so slightly. But what of the reservoirs further afield? Kouris has a church which is nearly submerged when it is full. So we thought we better photographed this semi-submerged church while it is still semi-submerged.Asprokremmos Dam Revisited
The Asprokremmos Dam first started to overflow over a week ago. We filmed it at the time, but vowed to return once it had got into full swing...Argaka Dam
The subject of litter often crops up in discussions on the Paphos Life forum. Things are improving, but there is definitely a long way to go. So it is with great pleasure that we are able to report that on a recent visit to Argaka Dam, we witnessed first hand how school children from the ISOP are helping to keep the area tidy.Good Pages To Visit
