Paphos Harbour Walkway Is Open!
Cycling Dress Code

One question that gets raised fairly frequently, is whether bikes, segways and scooters will be allowed to use the walkway. Personally, I have nothing against cyclists using it, especially if they are colour coordinated like this chap. Segways and scooters are a different matter however. There are too many idiots about. That being said, the company that do organised Segway tours are very responsible, and I wouldn't see them being a problem.
I didn't see any signs banning them, but that's not to say they won't still appear.

Onwards!

Once you have passed the Point you should pay attention to the left of the path as you walk along it...
Old Relics

Soon you will see evidence of an old man-made structure. You can see part of it here in the foreground. Those rocks are too ordered to be natural.
Lighthouse View

You get a nice view of the lighthouse from here too.
Ancient City Wall

As you walk along the path you will see where they have been excavating the ruin. It turns out that it is part of the ancient city wall.

eBookCyprus Road Trip 01: the Kathikas - Panagia Loop
Let me take you on a journey around the region of Paphos, Cyprus. Starting at Paphos itself, we travel to Akoursos, then Kathikas, Kritou Terra and Simou. We continue past Lasa and Kannaviou, before taking in the delights of Panagia. Getting a bit more adventurous, we visit the abandoned villages of Statos and Agios Fotios, before passing through Choulou, Letymbou and Polemi, and rejoining the main Paphos - Polis road.
The route is suitable for all types of vehicle, and requires no off-roading. The guide contains about 130 photographs including shots of all the road signs you need to pay attention to, as well as some of the highlights you may experience along the way.
There are also several maps which will help you keep your bearings.
You can do this journey in a day, or you can break it up into chunks. You can also do it in reverse, to get some completely different views. It is entirely up to you.
