Routhouni Bridge
Pay Attention!

The road soon gets better though. Be careful when you get to this spot. Both turnings are in good nick, and we originally opted for the left. That just goes up a small hill and into a field. So go right instead. There wasn't much room to turn.

Final View

I appreciate that lots of pictures of roads can get a bit boring. However, the route is a bit tricky so I thought it best to show you all the turnings. Here is a picture of one of the many vineyards nearby, to make up for all the road pictures.
Turn Left Here

If you are a severe blog groupie, or have already checked out the related blogs we mentioned, you may recognise this spot. We drove past it on our Old Axylou blog. That old grave yard is to the right of this. We however, will be turning left.
The Map

And that's it! You will soon be back on the main road now. We have added a map to give you a better clue. If you decide to visit the bridge, do remember to look out for snakes, and take some water with you.
Film of the Blog
We also made this short film, with the drone. You can't see much of the bridge in it, but you get a nice view of the countryside, including those gorges.

eBookCyprus Road Trip 01: the Kathikas - Panagia Loop
Let me take you on a journey around the region of Paphos, Cyprus. Starting at Paphos itself, we travel to Akoursos, then Kathikas, Kritou Terra and Simou. We continue past Lasa and Kannaviou, before taking in the delights of Panagia. Getting a bit more adventurous, we visit the abandoned villages of Statos and Agios Fotios, before passing through Choulou, Letymbou and Polemi, and rejoining the main Paphos - Polis road.
The route is suitable for all types of vehicle, and requires no off-roading. The guide contains about 130 photographs including shots of all the road signs you need to pay attention to, as well as some of the highlights you may experience along the way.
There are also several maps which will help you keep your bearings.
You can do this journey in a day, or you can break it up into chunks. You can also do it in reverse, to get some completely different views. It is entirely up to you.
