Waiting in the Wings

As well as the singers, from Polemi Elementary School, there were a number of other acts.
A Play

The Play was called "The Grandfather and his Grandchild". There were also poetry readings, more songs and traditional dances performed by Polemi High School, Polemi Youth Centre and the Culture Folklore Workshop of Konia, accompanied by the music group 4X4.

And what of the real stars of the show, the tulips?
Tulip Memorabilia

Well, thanks to the addition of a fence, they had managed to survive intact. So the crowds were able to see the tulips in all their splendour.
