Paradise Beach Walk
Blooming Succulents
Spring flowers have been blooming for the last few months. Now it is the turn of the succulents, and don't they look pretty!
Foundations
The staircase led up to some villa foundations. Presumably this is gradually being built into another villa?
More Villas
To our left were some more villas. I think they had their own staircase to the bottom, as I saw another one further up the beach from where we left. I wasn't sure if the staircase we were on was dedicated to the new build foundations,or whether it was a public route. As there was nobody to ask we took it anyway.
Blocked Access
The path became a narrow road, but it soon became apparent that it had been blocked. Presumably the owners of the new build don't want people driving down to their foundation and dumping rubbish there or anything similar. I can fully understand that. Anyway, as we were on foot it wasn't an issue for us. We merely had to retrace our steps a little then enter the field to the right.
Back Home
It was evident that numerous cars had been parked in this field, so perhaps the staircase we used is more popular than we thought? Anyway, we turned left here and followed the track up to the main road. We emerged right where we took the first picture of this blog, so it made a nice little circular route.
This beach will feature in our third road trip eBook. Indeed, we visited it here today to take some photos for it. We thought it was such a nice place though, that it deserved its own article as well. If you do visit it, just promise to take any rubbish back home with you!

Polis Beaches Part 3
In the final part of our look at the beaches along the north coast of Paphos, we travel from Pomos to Polis, finishing up with a slap-up meal at our favourite kebab joint. If you want quieter beaches in beautiful surroundings, then this area will not disappoint. We visited these beaches more times than was strictly necessary to make this blog, which shows that we have saved what we consider to be some of the best Paphos beaches to last.Dragon Cave Beach
Just past Pomos there is a hidden cove next to a cave steeped in tradition. If you like the idea of a wild beach which you share with the local flora and fauna, then read on, because Dragon Cave Beach will be right up your street.Good Pages To Visit
