Paphos Beaches
Pachyammos Beach

We have now driven to the Municipal Car Park by Pachyammos Beach and one of the municipal beaches. We have passed a few hotels along the way, so I shall integrate them into the text as I go along. First is the Louis Ledra Beach Hotel, back in business on 1st July.

Pachyammos Tour
Pachyammos Beach is right next to Pachyammos 2 Beach. Here's the virtual tour. You can see more pics in the link below.
Water Sports

I am not sure what the law is regarding water sports. However, we have seen a few jet skis bobbing around, so you may be able to hire them, if that is your thing. Those banana things you sit on may be a different matter though, as social distancing would be an issue.
Hotel wise, the next one along is the Athena Beach Hotel. This is open from 2nd July. It is another Constantinou Hotel, so the same booking benefits apply, when booked direct:
- Free Cancellation until 18:00 on arrival date
- No deposit required
- Payment on Arrival
Municipal Beach

The small municipal beach here is a lot nicer when they clean the seaweed away.
Next hotel along is the Athena Royal Beach Hotel. Another Constantinou concern, so same booking benefits apply. This hotel opens on 3rd July. Presumably they are staggering their openings, which makes a lot of sense.
Municipal Parking

Ok, so we have caught up the hotels again. The Louis Imperial Beach Hotel is right by the municipal car park and beach. It also backs on to Pachyammos Beach, and is taking bookings from July 1st.

eBookCyprus Road Trip 01: the Kathikas - Panagia Loop
Let me take you on a journey around the region of Paphos, Cyprus. Starting at Paphos itself, we travel to Akoursos, then Kathikas, Kritou Terra and Simou. We continue past Lasa and Kannaviou, before taking in the delights of Panagia. Getting a bit more adventurous, we visit the abandoned villages of Statos and Agios Fotios, before passing through Choulou, Letymbou and Polemi, and rejoining the main Paphos - Polis road.
The route is suitable for all types of vehicle, and requires no off-roading. The guide contains about 130 photographs including shots of all the road signs you need to pay attention to, as well as some of the highlights you may experience along the way.
There are also several maps which will help you keep your bearings.
You can do this journey in a day, or you can break it up into chunks. You can also do it in reverse, to get some completely different views. It is entirely up to you.
