Towards The Dream Catchers
We shall leave by this exit. I think those two green doors (well, one door and one doorway) lead to public toilets. Worth knowing, but please correct me if I am wrong!
Next To The Dream Catchers
We have left Ibrahim's Khan now, and are standing on the walkway adjacent to it.
To the left of this shot is an art installation consisting of lots of Dream Catchers. It looks lovely, but because of the position of the sun, didn't photograph well when we walked past. If you want to see what it looks like, use this Dream Catcher link.
On sunday morning this area was buzzing! It makes taking 360 pictures trickier, as I use a tripod and have to hide when I take each photo.
Children's Play Area
One of Paphos' finest artists has been at work again. Yiota Ioannidou is also responsible for The Girl With The Sparrow, which we will see in a later blog. Not only that, but you may also have seen some of her creations on the main sea front. This girl with a hoop stands at the entrance of a little play area which has been constructed outside Ibrahim's Khan.

A Last Look At The Old Old Paphos
Old Paphos is undergoing a transformation. Not only that, but in a few days time, Paphos 2017 will officially get underway. So we thought we would take a last stroll and a few snaps of the area before the transformation is complete.
New Old Paphos
It's been a few months since we last reported on the progress of the Old Paphos Regeneration Scheme.I had to visit the main Cyta Shop recently, and as I had time to kill I decided to take my camera for a stroll, to see how things were progressing. Autumn was in the air and the skies were fairly grey. There was even some rain at some point. However, the pictures will still hopefully show what a wonderful place Old Town Paphos is becoming.

You may well have seen some of them on your travels, and some have featured in previous blogs. Went for a wander around Old Pafos yesterday. Unfortunately it was a bit cloudy, so we didn't do much recording. It was nice to see the Mayor helping out with the sprucing up, and the area is looking seriously nice now.

eBookCyprus Road Trip 01: the Kathikas - Panagia Loop
Let me take you on a journey around the region of Paphos, Cyprus. Starting at Paphos itself, we travel to Akoursos, then Kathikas, Kritou Terra and Simou. We continue past Lasa and Kannaviou, before taking in the delights of Panagia. Getting a bit more adventurous, we visit the abandoned villages of Statos and Agios Fotios, before passing through Choulou, Letymbou and Polemi, and rejoining the main Paphos - Polis road.
The route is suitable for all types of vehicle, and requires no off-roading. The guide contains about 130 photographs including shots of all the road signs you need to pay attention to, as well as some of the highlights you may experience along the way.
There are also several maps which will help you keep your bearings.
You can do this journey in a day, or you can break it up into chunks. You can also do it in reverse, to get some completely different views. It is entirely up to you.
