Kitten Capers
Bundles of Joy

Towards the end of their stay, the kittens were getting a bit bolder. They still liked their cuddles, but they also liked exploring the shadows. Not only that, but they would have play fights with each other, once they had full bellies.

Shadows Everywhere...

Snail Fight

Here, for instance, Patch and Tabby are having a bundle over a snail. I think the snail died ages ago, and was actually stuck to the floor, so neither of them actually won the competition. But they all tried to move it on numerous occasions.
Alls Well That Ends Well

After the fighting, they were best friends again though. And I remember, at night, when I would go out to cover their cage. They would all be huddled together in a ball, looking out for each other. I would have four pairs of big, shiny eyes, looking back at me, as I put the blanket over the cage.
Paphiakos Drop Off

On monday, we took the kittens to Paphiakos. It was painful, but we knew they would be looked after until people came and gave them Forever Homes.
So, if you fancy giving a Forever Home to either Minxy, Patch, Mark or Tabby, then get down to Paphiakos. They are all lovely kittens and will be welcome additions to your home. They were signed over by Alex Lloyd, on Monday 17th August. That's important to know because they get a lot of traffic there.
We would like to thank D&N Vets again, and Paphiakos, for taking in the kittens. And if you can give them a forever home, please do so. You will not regret it.

eBookCyprus Road Trip 01: the Kathikas - Panagia Loop
Let me take you on a journey around the region of Paphos, Cyprus. Starting at Paphos itself, we travel to Akoursos, then Kathikas, Kritou Terra and Simou. We continue past Lasa and Kannaviou, before taking in the delights of Panagia. Getting a bit more adventurous, we visit the abandoned villages of Statos and Agios Fotios, before passing through Choulou, Letymbou and Polemi, and rejoining the main Paphos - Polis road.
The route is suitable for all types of vehicle, and requires no off-roading. The guide contains about 130 photographs including shots of all the road signs you need to pay attention to, as well as some of the highlights you may experience along the way.
There are also several maps which will help you keep your bearings.
You can do this journey in a day, or you can break it up into chunks. You can also do it in reverse, to get some completely different views. It is entirely up to you.
