Cyprus in Pictures - February 2026
We post daily "Kalimera" and "Kalispera" pictures to Facebook on a topical theme. I thought it would be nice to give them greater exposure, so have combined them into a monthly article. The pictures here are now viewable in their original Landscape glory. So take a look at a selection of pictures we feel summarises how February has been in our corner of Cyprus.
Cyprus!
We began the month by posing a puzzle. Where was this picture taken? It's actually outside a Glamping Site in the Diarizos Valley, but most of you were unaware of the fact, rather unsurprisingly.
Tea For Two
A picture of Tea For Two always proves popular. They receive a lot of praise, most notably for their breakfasts and lemon meringue pie.
40 Columns And Counting
With the help of the zoom lens I was able to get a nice picture of the Archaeological Park. In a few weeks it will be an abundance of colour as the spring flowers will be in bloom. I will be there to record it.
Before The Wall
Shortly after this picture was taken, lots of concrete blocks were placed between the beach and the walkway. I imagine it is a temporary measure, but the Seafront is now protected at its most vulnerable spot.
Episkopi Village
The Great Rock of Episkopi was looking very smart, surrounded by Spring Green.
