Coral Bay Strip - May Report
King's Closeup

It looks a lot smarter than it's previous incarnation. Ok, it looks a bit bare, but imagine it with the shutters up and stock on display. Also note the gentle slope leading to the pavement.

Demitris also said that any rought bits left over would be plastered so that the whole area would look nice.
Dirty Martini

Though many of the restaurants are still open during the renovations, it is clear that some have taken the opportunity to have a complete overhaul. Dirty Martini here is one such place. I don't know what the timescale is, but there is more than a lick of paint involved here!
Kikkos

In contrast to Dirty Martini, Kikkos is open for business as usual. I am guessing that they are busy installing a ramp where the green screen is. And the rest of the wall will no doubt be plastered.
Unfinished Business

Another question I asked concerned the area around Seriani, which has not yet been tiled. The answer is fairly mundane I'm afraid. It is the central hub from which the underground infrastructure emanates, so they are leaving it right to the end.
