Stairway to Stifado
I mentioned Stifado in another film (I think it was a walk along the boardwalk). I couldn't remember the name of the restaurant. It was here - Seriani. It is very nice. I can vouch for their mixed grill too.
Well Ramped
Andria have already completed their ramp and the frontage. It looks very nice.
Other questions answered:
Yes, cars will still drive down here, in both directions.
Yes, there will be bus stops, at either end of the Strip and buses will still drive down the Strip.
Yes, trees will be planted.
Regarding the trees, there was a bit of an issue when I asked what sort of tree would be planted. Both my hosts were engineers, not gardeners, so they weren't sure what the trees were called in English. However, they did know that they were the same as the ones found at Kennedy Square. They had been chosen because of the shade they provide and lack of mess they make. In Greek they are called Mastic Trees. It turns out that that is what they are also called in English.
Mr Pantelidis also said that on some occasions the Strip will be closed to vehicles for events. So you could have an open air concert here on a hot summer night. That sort of thing. That opens up a lot of possibilities.
Lekanto's
I've had very nice kebabs from Lekanto (formerly Hippo) in the past, and look forward to seeing it once it has been renovated.
Kleo's
I'm not a cocktail drinker, but I think I had pizza or an ice cream here once. The owner gave us a wave as we walked past.

Let me take you on a journey around the region of Paphos, Cyprus. Starting at Paphos itself, we travel to Akoursos, then Kathikas, Kritou Terra and Simou. We continue past Lasa and Kannaviou, before taking in the delights of Panagia. Getting a bit more adventurous, we visit the abandoned villages of Statos and Agios Fotios, before passing through Choulou, Letymbou and Polemi, and rejoining the main Paphos - Polis road.
The route is suitable for all types of vehicle, and requires no off-roading. The guide contains about 130 photographs including shots of all the road signs you need to pay attention to, as well as some of the highlights you may experience along the way.
There are also several maps which will help you keep your bearings.
You can do this journey in a day, or you can break it up into chunks. You can also do it in reverse, to get some completely different views. It is entirely up to you.
