Coral Bay Quick Update - April 2024

The Amusement Park is just above this picture. We haven't been there in over a decade. Do they still have the Crazy Golf there? I remember the last time we played on it, ants had taken over, making some of the holes impossible. Having said that, looking at some of the pictures on Google Maps, it has definitely had some TLC since then.

Blazing Saddles

Remember, a lot of the restaurants in Coral Bay are still open. You access them from their rear entrances. For more information on where to park to get to them, see our film on Getting Around Coral Bay.
That's Me In The Corner

This is the area by the old Crown Resorts Horizon Hotel. That is currently being renovated and will relauch as the Cali Resort soon.
Coral Bay Beach

Also remember that there are more restaurants and shops that aren't affected by the renovations work. You can find them between Coral Bay Beach and Corallia Beach.

eBookCyprus Road Trip 01: the Kathikas - Panagia Loop
Let me take you on a journey around the region of Paphos, Cyprus. Starting at Paphos itself, we travel to Akoursos, then Kathikas, Kritou Terra and Simou. We continue past Lasa and Kannaviou, before taking in the delights of Panagia. Getting a bit more adventurous, we visit the abandoned villages of Statos and Agios Fotios, before passing through Choulou, Letymbou and Polemi, and rejoining the main Paphos - Polis road.
The route is suitable for all types of vehicle, and requires no off-roading. The guide contains about 130 photographs including shots of all the road signs you need to pay attention to, as well as some of the highlights you may experience along the way.
There are also several maps which will help you keep your bearings.
You can do this journey in a day, or you can break it up into chunks. You can also do it in reverse, to get some completely different views. It is entirely up to you.
