Agios Georgios Harbour
Church Interior
Once I was back in the carpark I visited the church. I was hoping to be greeted with wall to wall murals, but in fact it was fairly "functional" inside. The only murals I could see were to the rear of the altar.
St George's Water Fountain
There was a nice mosaic in the water feature next to the church though.
Traditional Oven
There was a nice outdoor oven here too. Anyway, as well as the church and a tavern, there are toilets and an Archaeological Park up here. I shall save the park for another article, as that deserves its own blog. So lets go down to the harbour itself, and have a look around.
Island Close-Up
Another view of the island, from below the caves. There are a number of landmarks that help me navigate my way around Paphos. This is one of them. Others include the wind farm and Polemi's water tower.
The Caves From Below
From the harbour you can see more of the caves, but lets take a look at the beach now.
