The Overflow

On the far side of the dam you can see the overflow. I wonder what that ladder is for? There is nothing over there.

Skateboard Ramp

I grew up in the Seventies and Eighties. When we were kids this would have been used for skateboards and bikes.

Overgrown Overflow

I imagine this reservoir overflows pretty much every year. So I was surprised to see the overflow itself was overgrown with weeds and shrubs. Does the water just flow over it, or do they release it through the structure we saw earlier? I will come back when it is overflowing to find out for sure.
