Arnies Nature Trail
Distant Dam
As mentioned previously, there is the Kannaviou Dam and reservoir. Still very full.
Into The Village
The trail brings you back into the village of Agios Demetrianos.
Pretty Village
The village is well kept and clean. The signs are also well maintained, so who knows, perhaps they have cleared a path for the longer route?
Traditional Cypriot Scene
This is what a typical Cypriot village away from the tourist areas looks like. If you are lucky there will be one shop, a coffee house, and maybe a tavern. There will also be at least one church and possibly three or four.
Bus Stop
This is the bus stop, and post office. Those mailboxes are a familiar sight in villages. There was a shop which seemed to double as a cafe next to this, but it was closed.
