Polemi Tulip Festival 2023
The Pink Panther!

Yes, of course. It was our old friend the Pink Panther. Do any kids these days even know who the Pink Panther is? Hmm, apparently they might. Believe it or not, I just wasted fifteen minutes of my life looking up "Pink Panther" on Wikipedia. The last incarnation aired as recently as 2010. I don't know why he's such a draw at these festivals, but they always seem to have him available to buy. And this one had him in various formats.

To The Flowers

I made my way through the streets of Polemi towards the Tulip Field. It is signposted, but on a day like today, you can just follow the crowd.
Fringe Tulips

On the way to the tulip field, people walked past our front garden. Alex has got her own tulips there (not the Polemi variety) and they were proving quite a draw!
Abundant Display

The countryside of Polemi does look lovely at the moment. This vineyard hasn't yet been weeded, so it was a sea of yellow.
Leave The Car Behind

Though most people walked the short distance from the Square to the Tulip Field, some people insisted on driving down.
