The Abandoned Bowling Alley On Bar Street
It was nice to explore, but I was slightly disappointed that none of the lanes were still present.

    Information
On the noticeboard I could see a sign with news of the 8th Paphos Open competition. This was held in 2012. Presumably the place closed down before they could have a 9th.
Back To The Bar
Anyway, I made my way back down to the bar I originally entered.
Here's one last shot of the bar interior. If the owner wants to stop people from entering, they need to board up the door at the front. As far as I could see, that was the only way in.
Final View
So that was Cockatoo's Bowling Centre. Did you ever go bowling here, or visit the bar that was featured? Perhaps you played darts at Bulls Eye Dart Room? Let us know by leaving a comment. We would love to hear your anecdotes.

I feel like apologising for the size of this blog, as it contains over 70 photos. However, this is a lovely place if you like urban exploring, and I felt that if I cut down the picture count I couldn't do it justice. I appreciate that it might not be for everybody though, so the first page contains spoiler photos of what to expect. We've always loved urban exploring - visiting abandoned old buildings - and Cyprus has more than its fair share, from old hotels to forgotten hospitals for disused mines. When we discovered the place we are about to show you though, we really hit the Urbex Jackpot. This place is amazing, and has a remarkably colourful past as well.Good Pages To Visit
