Pantheon Hall - Part 2: The Big Bang Theory.
Was This A Brothel?
I've never been in a brothel. My only experience of what their interior might look like comes from old Westerns and 70s cop shows. However, there is something decidedly seedy about these corridors.
Numbered Booths
There are quite a few corridors like this, and what's more, those walls don't look very thick.
You will need a torch to navigate these corridors.
Handy Sink
There's also a place where you can get cleaned up, as well as a storeroom containing lots of old pairs of slippers.
Massage Rooms?
Now, I am not saying for definite that these rooms were used as a brothel, but I would like to hear other theories for what they could possibly be. Each chamber consists of a double bed mattress which completely fills the room. One wall is mirrored from floor to ceiling. I've been to several health spas, and when you have a massage it isn't in a room like this. You lie on a table and try not to fart while the masseur walks around you doing their thing. Well that's my experience anyway. It's never seen anything like this.

We've always loved urban exploring - visiting abandoned old buildings - and Cyprus has more than its fair share, from old hotels to forgotten hospitals for disused mines. When we discovered the place we are about to show you though, we really hit the Urbex Jackpot. This place is amazing, and has a remarkably colourful past as well.Return to The Abandoned Ranch
The other day we saw an article about a mysterious church that had appeared in the Kouris Reservoir because of the low water level. When we got there it turned out to be a case of bad journalism. However, as we were in the area, we decided to revisit the abandoned Rancho Appaloosa, to see how much it had changed since we first found the place, in 2016.Good Pages To Visit
