Paphos Life Road Trip #1
Capers In Flower
This blog isn't going to contain lots of flower pictures. However, when you pass capers in bloom you just have to admire them.
Beautiful
I've developed a taste for them, too.
Kathikas
The road from Akoursos eventually arrives in the centre of Kathikas. Here you can see a farmer selling vegetables from their van. When we moved to Polemi, the local elections were underway. I kept hearing this loudspeaker, and assumed it was a man driving around blaring out a political message. It turns out he was actually selling potatoes, and he announced his presence with a loud hailer.
Turn Right At The Junction
We will be visiting a lot of villages on this trip, so I will only post a few pictures of each village. The best way to explore the villages is on foot. So if you want to have a look around, find somewhere convenient and safe to park and have a wander.
When you get to the T junction ahead, you need to turn right.
Cobbles
Kathikas looks very new in places. Has it been renovated, or does somebody have a power washer?
In the fullness of time, we will write a blog on Kathikas, and the other villages we visit. When we do that, we will update this blog with the appropriate link. For now though, once you have had a look around, you need to head down here.
