More Stormy Seas
To The Harbour

Luckily we were able to park just outside Pingouino's, so were in easy walking distance of the main drag. We cut through one of the alleyways to the sea walkway.

A Dark And Stormy Day

We had a nice view of Poseidonos Avenue from here. Look at the colour of those clouds!
Distant Castle

Wind Picking Up

Those Palm Trees will tell you how windy it was now. Incidentally, you see that building just below the trees? There is a little Police Station there, and I thought it would be safe to stand there to shelter from the sea.
It isn't safe, I was drenched by water which seemed to veer around the building and land straight on top of me. I retreated to the opposite side of the street to dry myself off.
Ref Flag Flying

It wasn't really needed, but the unmanned lifeguard station had a red flag flying. You would have to be start raving mad to go swimming in this anyway. The Epiphany Swim that did go ahead was around by the castle, in a more sheltered area, you will be pleased to hear.
