Pay attention as you take the right hand route. You will soon see this path through the rocks. If you ignore it, you reach a dead end at the foot of a cliff you really shouldn't try to climb. So take that path and enter the woods.

While walking through the woods, you need to watch your step, as you are traversing a slope. The picture shows a path, however at times this almost disappears. There aren't any ravines for you to fall down, but you don't really want to fall into a prickly bush, so take slow steps when the path is tricky, and let common sense lead you.

There's something special about this area. The path isn't used very often and it is largely unspoilt.

At times, you may feel a bit overwhelmed by nature, but remember, we did this route with our daughter when she was 10, and she loved it. So don't worry about the odd twig (except those pesky brambles).

I don't know why there is a path here at all, to be honest. Perhaps, years ago, the area was used more? There certainly aren't any nearby goats, who can normally be relied on to make a nice trail to follow.
