Harvest Time

While Alex photographed her flowers, I went for a wander through the field. Having got used to lockdown, it is so nice just to be able to stretch my legs in an area away from the house. Who would have thought walking in a field could have been so enjoyable?

Bales

This had already been harvested. Mind you, last years crops were so good you can still see plenty of bales about the various fields.

Another Pier Shot

I didn's see any of the white rings they put down to mark turtle nests. Is it too early in the season, or has the pandemic put a stop to that activity (the monitoring, not the turtles laying their eggs)?

Old Bunker

The old Army Pillbox is a reminder that Cyprus has had to deal with worse situations than the pandemic in the past, and come through it intact. So let's count our blessings.

I wasn't actually speaking literally, but ok, why not? Firstly, we have all survived thus far. Yay! Go team humanity.
