Aphrodite's Bridge
Motorway Bridge

They have certainly done a good job of clearing the area.

Road To Nowhere

Thanks to the motorway, the bridge now leads nowhere. There is no longer any sign of the old road.
Downstream

The bridge you see here goes under the B6. From there, the water runs straight into the sea.
Bridge View

So let's take a closer look at the brdige itself. It has three arches, so at some point the river here must have been quite wide.
Tarmac

The top of the bridge has a layer of tarmac on it. This tends to indicate that the bridge isn't actually medieval.
