Ammati Cave
The track gets a bit easier from here. Up ahead there is a junction where you will have a choice of routes. You can either carry on down the gorge or double back towards the cave. Naturally we shall take the latter option, though I investigate the other route at the end.
Towards The Cave
The track down is also pretty tricky to negotiate, so watch your feet.
Follow The Grey
Don't be afraid of going bum first if needs be.
Through The Hole
You need to go down there, through that hole. The rope here was particularly useful. It was tied to a loose branch which was remarkably sturdy.
The View Up
You can see the branch in question at the top. The route down was actually a lot easier than this picture seems to suggest.
