Paphos Easter Decorations
The Sea Front
Naturally we drove down the sea front, though there weren't many Easter decorations about.
Ta Da!
In fact, I think this was it. Not overly impressive. I thought I would finish the film by driving through Old Town then up to Kennedy Square. You can view the finished film on this page.
New Mural
There weren't many Easter decorations in Old Town that were visible from the road, so instead here's a shot of the latest mural, which is pretty fantastic.
Kennedy Square
The Egg Basket at Kennedy Square looks pretty nice.

Here's the film I made. It is shot with a 360 camera, but I have used a fixed view, so the camera is pointing where I tell it. This means when I drive around a roundabout, it is looking at the centre of the roundabout at all times. As the entire drive was about 40 minutes long I've used hyperlapse to shorten the bits between the roundabouts and other highlights.

Paphos Easter 2021
It's Easter in Cyprus, and the decorations are out in force. It is a somewhat subdued affair, thanks to the current lockdown, but we decided we would make the best of it. So on Sunday we went around and photographed some of the most impressive displays.

MapPaphos Easter Decorations
In Cyprus, Easter is the most important event of the year. Every year, the roads are adorned with Easter Eggs and other decorations. We went out with our 360 camera to capture some of the more decorative roundabouts. We also checked out the Mall to see if they have any new decorations since last year.

Let me take you on a journey around the region of Paphos, Cyprus. Starting at Paphos itself, we travel to Akoursos, then Kathikas, Kritou Terra and Simou. We continue past Lasa and Kannaviou, before taking in the delights of Panagia. Getting a bit more adventurous, we visit the abandoned villages of Statos and Agios Fotios, before passing through Choulou, Letymbou and Polemi, and rejoining the main Paphos - Polis road.
The route is suitable for all types of vehicle, and requires no off-roading. The guide contains about 130 photographs including shots of all the road signs you need to pay attention to, as well as some of the highlights you may experience along the way.
There are also several maps which will help you keep your bearings.
You can do this journey in a day, or you can break it up into chunks. You can also do it in reverse, to get some completely different views. It is entirely up to you.
